Antigua Guatemala Hotel Sor Juana

Elizabeth Bell made a suggestion on Facebook about Hotel Sor Juana in Antigua Guatemala. If you are familiar with Antigua Tours which was founded by Elizabeth Bell in Antigua Guatemala in 1992. Elizabeth has done more to aid in the develop of Tourism in Guatemala then any other person I know.

At Hotel Sor Juana, we are aware of the responsibility we all share in this stage of global awareness.

We are replacing some of the resources that were used in the creation of Hotel Sor Juana, so we will plant 150 cypress trees in Guatemala. By doing this we are reducing our carbon footprint. Following these guide lines, we also use natural and biodegradable products whenever possible. This is why you will find potable drinking water in the large glass bottle in order to minimize plastic bottle waste. (Please feel free to ask one our staff members if you do care for plastic bottled water.)
